The part where lasers started on this video, was the grand debut at and industry trade show by Vmax, 1985, at MGM Grand Hotel Las Vegas. The rider's name is Jay Weason. He also rode the burnout in the parking lot the next day, also on the video. Not long after this debut, Jay rode Vmax into the 9s on the quarter mile, making the Vmax the world's quickest & fastest production motorcycle.
